Orders can be returned within 14 calender days after receiving. to start the return process, inform us via email at info@thecaftancompany.com.

Please ensure that you enclose a note containing you name, order number and the reason for return. The resturn of an article is only possible when the article 

– Is in undamaged state
– Is not worn/ or used
– Includes original label

After return, all items undergo inspection and should be in a clean and unworn condition. To ensure both you convenience and ours, kindly return the product in its original packaging and shipping materials or utilize another secure box to guarantee the receipt of the goods in optimal condition. 

We only accept returns if they are returned in original condition, includieng packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.
